The Slim Novels start by giving a view of Japan and its involvement in World War 2. More recently the novels enlarged to deal with human questions of today and future. The reading may give you knowledge and skills to live happily. It is specially edited to help unpracticed readers. For students, the reading may increase IQ, SAT, MCAT, TOEFL scores and help win low tuition and scholarships. Most of all it ought to be fun by brief readings, with a snack or coffee, or whatever to start your day?
Read a little each day - from any chapter whose title interests you. Secondly, read it like a serial novel, stimulated by your curiosity about the characters and plot.
