The affects and effects of quiet and a lack of anxiety. Because of the Covid pandemic here in Yokohama and because I a am much limited in my getting around, I live a very, very quiet life on the 8th floor of my Coop Fuji in Nishi Kanagawa near the Higashi station. This and much of the way I have controlled my life these last several years result in a remarkably absence of anxiety; almost none of the usual “small paranoias of life, especially now at age 88. When even with a well controlled life the obvious nearness of death ought to be staring me and scaring me in the face.
Around 10 years ago I finally “solved my economic problem, i.e., stopped being a salary slave (To continue 12 June 2021).
