28. Omari’s Gift

Kimi sleeps and dreams. A monkey with big erect penis is chasing her. Cornered, she turns and he changes to handsome boy. Getting to knees she begs “Use me gently!” With cruel laugh he goes doggy mounting from behind and shoots pleasure-full jets of semen deep into her. Turning to face him she discovers – Mariko. She opens eyes and realizes she is lying on right side, her back to Mariko and something firm is entering and exiting from rear and it seems attached to Mariko who is moving her loins rhythmically. She positions self to allow Mariko better access and is rewarded by deeper, nearly ecstatic penetration. 
   After her climax, Mariko, who shows Kimi a slightly larger than life penis in hardened clay – now wet and slimy from applied oil and Kimi’s sexual juice. “Omari’s gift. Please Big Sis, now put it to me. End my virginity so my marriage night will be without pain or blood.”

   Now Kimi understands these woman-woman encounters – they are preparation for successful painless first sex with future husband and, ultimately, getting good babies. Mariko lies on back with fingers hooked behind knees, pulling thighs up and apart. Kimi lowers head between Mariko’s thighs and licks to get Mariko’s juice flowing. 29. Sweet Heartache

When Kimi opens eyes, sunlight slants down through the doorway. Mariko peeks in. “Come out Big Sis, breakfast!” Harumi and Mango sit by a pit fire that is heating a pot whose lid noisily jiggles up and down from the stewing fruits within. A big bowl of freshly steamed rice is nearby. “Hello lovers!” exclaims Harumi, and Kimi can guess the contenting content of Harumi’s night. Mariko packs the rice in balls around pieces of stewed fruit for unusual sushi; then, on chopsticks, dips one in pungent sauce and offers it to Kimi. Later, after cleaning the site, they start back.

Afternoon: The Isle women start late day chores and Kimi joins Mariko in the work. Mariko explains that pearl oysters are gathered at sea in spring and transplanted in the lagoon where, thanks to Omari, they make big pearls for next year’s harvest. Pelicans found only on the Isle are used. Around the bird’s necks the women place elastic band tight enough to prevent swallowing but not discomforting. The birds are tamed by generations of breeding and training. Each woman has her pelican which, true to instinct, dives for fish and stores it in pouch on underside of the bird's bill. With each tenth catch the band is removed allowing the bird to be paid with a fish for its work while keeping it hungry enough to continue fishing at the rate of reward. From that, the pelicans will work at other chores like harvesting the pearls. Mariko’s bird is so well trained that it does not need a band.

After goodbyes to the Isle women they boat back to mainland with Mango and Mariko. It is dark as they tie boat to offshore rock and wade ashore where yesterday they met. Mango and Harumi walk a ways to share goodbyes privately leaving Mariko and Kimi alone together.
   “Big Sis, I shall not forget. Thank you for helping me to receive man’s love. May Omari bless you and allow us to be together in the next life.” Kimi kisses Mariko with a hug, her cheeks wet from tears caused by the sweet heartache she has felt since her lovely loving of this soul-beautiful girl.

Late night back at Seiko’s, Kimi, skin pleasantly tingling, she wonders: Isle of Women, was it a dream? And considering that Harumi shared it, she recalls a French phrase of Olga’s for a shared illusion – folie a dieux.
