21. Mistah Wundahful
That night Kimi eats heartily and sleeps dreaming she is child back in Village and Grandma is having Kimi's ‘period fixed’ but, instead of old man in stained white coat, Sanya appears in spotless operating gown and uses her flexible plastic tube which as the dream progresses turns into a pleasure-full penis that with each insertion and withdrawal clicks climax closer
Morning: Opening eyes, body drenched in sweat, heart racing and sexual area moist and twitching, she instinctively reaches down to feel abdomen. Is Baby experiencing the orgasm? Is it harmful for her? Sanya would know, Sanya knew everything about anything. Suddenly she pulls her thought up short as she realizes she cannot tell anyone the dream because its meaning is too obvious. Is she in love with a 60-year-old lady professor? So much in love! So that she has wet dreams?
Yo, already out of bed at washstand, glances at Kimi sitting up atop bunk bed and laughs. “Oh my, wha happen’, Big Sis? Dem dare eyes, dey looks like yuh met Mistah Wundahful?”

 22. Good Morning, Lady Professor
Sanya is already at table when Kimi enters the eating room. Kimi notes Sanya has plaited her hair complexly into two pigtails each coiled counterclockwise centered on ears like side helmet plate. With her high-neck khaki jacket and matching slacks its effect is military and mannish. At table over rice and soup she says today will be community visits.

Crisp, clear November greets Kimi’s senses as she follows Sanya from hospital's outer gate joining a stream of locals most of whom pull small carts, and Sanya explains they are rag pickers heading for the Ginza, as with brisk stride she passes group and gets a cheery “Good Morning, Lady Professor, thank you for being with us this fine day.” She knows every one by name and as they greet her she asks about family.
Two blocks south she makes sharp right turn, with Kimi hurrying after, down dark, narrow alley crowded on both sides with small aged wood shacks, the horizontal planks a deep worn brown and concavely curled outward from years of moist air. Women, several with baby strapped to back, are out sweeping segments of street, gathering trash and sprinkling water about in order to hold dust down. Each bows and greets Sanya with “Good Morning, Lady Professor,” and she stops to chat and examines each, using her wood straight stethoscope which she jokingly tells Kimi was, once, a gift from Dr. Laennec its 19th century inventor. Also she gives out vitamin and mineral pills obtained through the Swiss Red Cross for the badly nourished, almost starving children and pregnant or nursing women.
